Hello folks if you can let me know what do I do here I would very much appreciate it.

My wife just landed here today in canada but at the immigration counter she gave our immigration consultant address where pr card need to be mailed. I m not in touch with my consultant how do I go about changing this address where my pr card can be mailed any idea? Pls let me know

I have sued several routes to go the Toronto. not sure which time of the year you are planning to fly.

Jet Airways: Chennai - Brussels - Toronto
Lufthansa: Chennai - Frankfurt- Toronto
Lufthansa: Chennai - Frankfurt- Montreal - Toronto
Lufthansa: Chennai - Frankfurt- Ottawa - Toronto
Emirates: Chennai - Dubai- Toronto
Air India: Chennai - Delhi - London - Toronto

I used Cathy Pacific once as I had to go to Vancouver in the way back -Chennai - Hong Kong - Vancouver

Singapore: Chennai - Singapore - Vancouver - Troronto.

yeah i too checked.. but wont it be tough to change airports at London if we are going during this winter season ?

Is there normally a change of airports at London?? All the British airways flights I checked lands at Heathrow n takes off from the same...im talking about delhi--london--toronto connection.

Can u suggest any other good airlines??

I am a new member at this forum and sponsoring my husband from delhi. I was wondering how long do they keep the passport and it looks like from the posts I read it is very unpredictable!?

Following is my timeline:
Application submission cpc mississauga: 8th Aug 2012
AOR recieved from cpc: 7th September 2012
File Moved to India: 8th September 2012
PPR Request: 24th September 2012
Passport Recieved: 27th September 2012

The status for me shows:

Application recieved on 8th August
Medical has been recieved

No it wont matter... it would be only tough when u come out of the airport in canada... ask your spouse to get jackets for you..as we had the first little snow here already..

As per my expereince...I feel .. Qatar Airways, British Airways, Jet Airways... Lufhtanhsa has very uncomfortable seats...too bad for long journey...
