You Absolutely qualify to be sponsored. trust me your case is still straight forward compare to others..

they cant deny your case just because you are divorced and her husband passed away, the worst they can do is call you guys in for an interview and discuss the matter in detail...

In terms of documents make sure you provide me them as much as you can.

In terms of the interview process they might ask you questions about your previous realtionship as to why you got divorced because they would want to make sure it doesnt happen again, Plus the policies has changed as well for the spousal sponsorship which will work in your favour..

So as long as you prbvide all the documents, wedding proof, relationship proof with some reference letter from both sides i dond think so there will be an issue with your case.

I agree with sumit Your case is not complicated at all...I mean its Canada people get divorced and get married again just keep your phone bills even after the wedding....she should apply for you as soon as possible......As sumit said worst you will get call for an interview but still you qualify for being sponsored.......Good luck....

I agree with both sumitd and pinder123. Its not complicated at all. By the way you have described your case, it looks like you have all the documentation to support u...so u shouldn't worry and ask ur wife to apply....
Make sure you provide with as much supporting documents as u can to prove that your marriage is genuine....

Goodluck and all the best...:)

I have No answer for your First Question.
For Second One, Principal Applicant get that EMail/ Mail for PPR. However, if you Provide the Email ID at time of Application then they will send it to you by Email otherwise By Mail.

They might send a copy to New Delhi, but once you're approved in Quebec, the MICC will mail you all the paperwork back to the sponsor who lives in Quebec with the Certificate Selection. You then need to mail it to the person you are sponsoring who will need to bring it along when he lands in Quebec and show it to the immigration officer.

At least that's what I received from them for my husband.

HELLO FELLOW MEMBERS
I APPLIED IN NOV BUT SUBMITTED MY PASSPORT ON FEN26 AND MY ECASE SHOWS IN PROCESSS SOME OF THE MEMBER GOT DECISSION MADE ALREADY THEY APPLIED IN JAN2012 AM SO CONFUSED

Mumpy, don't worry. Mine was sumitted in Dec 2011 and still in process. It's probably because their case was quite straightforward. Ours should be done and over soon!!!
