Hey Jazz....

WHen did ND started processing your file....

And when did you sent email to ND to confirm if they have recieved your passport...??

We sent our PP on 28th August to ND and they might have got it on same day or lately by 1s September
BUT
eCAS said InProcess and they started processing my wifes application on 26 September.
We asked for acknowledgement via email on 10th Sep, got no reply, but its only when ND actually starte processing my wifes file on 26th, they replied on my second attempt of asking for acknowledgent.
So i concluded they do not give ack until they actually start processing your file, now funny pat it is eCAS said its started procesing on 26th Sep but the reply on the ack of our PP said that file is pending to be picked up by case officer, the two status were just opposite....

and its after when they started processing it took 15 days approx for DM status.

Hi rahul, Thanks for sharing the info. Does your wife have any travel history? Just trying to figure out why they called for an interview ???

Anyways! U will get your pp with 15 days! I feel that..

Hey, Chitra, My wife does not have any travel history. As per my wife she says everything went well as she confidently answered every question.
It will be a tense situation till the time i don't see decision made or passport back with Visa.

finally got the letter in mail today for sponsorship approval,even though ecas had be changed to "DM" on the 5th oct. .File transferred to ND.I hope its a timely ,smooth sail there.

The address change is normal. Just have to wait for the post man with your visa. Congrats.....

Hi Friends

Following my last post today morning, i need expert opinions as to what this message means when i looked into my Decision Made Status summary, well not the english but the expert opinion of you all that what follows next?
It says like this " decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

Woke up and looked at my eCAS, finally it said
Decision Made
And inside , a decision has been made and officer will contact you.

I could not stop to gave hope to all of you and just logged to update this here and i am now praying to god that thamk you and please also help my all friends here.

Meanwhile, what happens next?

Accepted app, received by canada immigration : may 7
Accepted and started working at new delhi : 26 sep
Ppr: 25 sep
Submitted : 28
Dm on 11 oct
Now what that mean officer will contact you

hey jazz : my time line is on the spread sheet on the forum.I had received email for the aor and when on the ecas the status changed to "DM" ,it said a letter had been mailed out.I was worried why not just send a email for approval like the last time and may be they had some issues.But lot of people on the forum told me not to worry as this was normal.
I was checking mail everyday and finally today i received the letter in mail.
Detailed time line:
App sent :Aug 21,2012
App Received :Aug 22,2012
Aor Received by email: Oct 02 2012
ecas update : DM oct 06 2012
Sponsor approval Letter issued: Oct 05 2012
Sponsor Approval Letter received : Oct 11 2012

Application filed: August 9, 2012.

Sponsor approval: September 20, 2012.

PPR: 1st Oct 2012

The status went directly from "Application received" to "Decision made" from 1st oct 2012.

Payment made online; CAD550 made on 6th Aug 2012; CAD490 made on 8th Oct 2012...

PP to be send out on 17th Oct 2012, applicant got a long travel history...Good luck to us and to all waiting...

Would it harm in anyway, if we send email chats to show the relationship along with passport also...we already send a whole bunch of it along with application already. This would be additional even if we send. But not sure...pl. advice
