Got PPR. Applicant is based out of Singapore. Does anyone know how to send the passport? Is sending passport with a friend/relative with an authorization letter legal thing to do?? Don't want to risk with passport....Please advice, urgent..

i am also april applicant, contacting MP means minister of parliment of the area were ur sponsor lives in canada. you can find it on Find ur MP website, just put ur sponsors postal code and u will get it. my husband is gonna bck to canada in 10 days then he will try to contact the MP office, your MP can email ND VO DIRECTLY regarding case enquiry. In my case ours is love marriage and first marriage, same age, we both indian, different religion , my sponsor is hindu and i am catholic, little difference in educational background, i do not have idea wat does straight forward cases according to ND VO means.

Thanx alot rsmeet......My wife is here with me.....She is a citizen of Canada....I want to know that while she is staying in India can she contact to MP?? Please tell me the procedure to contact MP......

We got an arranged marriage in February, we both are from hindu family, first marriage.......Then why they r taking so long to give the visa.....

i am new to this forum but there is alot of good information i found from all of you... i need your opinion and moral support...i applied in end of may and got my first step approval complete on july10... they requested passport july 31 and they have had my passport since than... now i am just waiting and waiting... its been 2 months they are holding my passport.... what should i expect.... do you think i will get my approval really soon... my wife is canadian by birth and we submitted all the proofs and everything and so far they have not asked for any additional documents. i have no travel history and our case is very straight forward. what should we expect... i really need your opionion.... i cant see my wife crying anymore... she is really upset and this wait is making her break down... i dont know if i should contact new delhi or what i should do.... please help me

I know its long wait for you, since its over 2 months you have sent your passport; I would say dont loose hope, dont consider it as 2 months since you have sent your passport, just take it in another way, You got passport request in 2 months after submitting your application. You are May end applicant, there are some ppl here from April who havnt heard anything after their PPR. ND VO is totally unpredictable, you might have seen ppl applied after you got their passport back with visa.

Someone said; a Day passes...get you one day more closer towards your DM.... I know lot of ppl are getting feeling of depression bcoz of no response from ND... but only God knows what ND is doing.

Its more like wait n watch game now.... So, we all are sailing in same boat waiting to reach our destination...

Have Faith in GOD.... You will hear somthing positive very soon....
