We received application for permanent residence on May 2, 2012.

We started processing application on September 28, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision.

Got Passport Request TODAY, Dated Oct 1, 2012 from NDVO..

They have asked for the following:

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the
following as soon as possible:
• Payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in
Mississauga by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid.

• Submission of police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period
of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.

• Submission of original passport along with any old expired passports for you and your
accompanying family members. The picture in the passport for a child under 6 years
of age must have been taken within the last 3 years. The picture in the passport for a
child between the ages of 7 and 18 must have been taken within the last 5 years.

1. I think we have paid that Already as we paid around $1050, AM I CORRECT??
2. I have never gone Out Of Country for more than 6 Days, So not Required??
3. I dont have old passports with me, Should I send the recent one only??? Recent has got H1B stamped but never used, Is it fine??

So I need to send just my recent Passport and nothing else, Correct??

Got Passport Request TODAY, Dated Oct 1, 2012 from NDVO..

They have asked for the following:
1. I think we have paid that Already as we paid around $1050, AM I CORRECT??
2. I have never gone Out Of Country for more than 6 Days, So not Required??
3. I dont have old passports with me, Should I send the recent one only??? Recent has got H1B stamped but never used, Is it fine??

So I need to send just my recent Passport and nothing else, Correct??

Yeah, congrats for ppr, you have to send your PP and a letter memtioning that you already have paid the fee and PCC. To be on safe side, send the photocopy of RPRF payment receipt and photocopy of PCC. Along with this you have to send the copy of this letter received from chc nd. So
1. Passport
2. Letter
3. Rprf payment reciept photocopy
4. Pcc photocopy
5. Ppr Letter sent by ÇHC- ND

If u have yr old passport, then u need to send the older one with new one also.
