Please add me to the Delhi spreadsheet. My timeline is as follows:

Application received by CIC: 08/05/2012
Medical done: 12/04/2012
Sponsorship Approval: 13/08/2012
I have not heard from CIC since then.

We are really concerned about our application now. We mailed CIC to know what the status of our file is. However there has been no reply as yet. We received an automated message stating that they will reply in 28 working days. Our consultant has told us not to send any inquiries to CIC as they may further delay the process (ever head anything so ridiculous since ages)

Dont worry about the PPR mail, did u chk yr spam mail , yr applicants mail box
Even manorite got the PPR mail very late , so dont worry.
Just wait, n yeah dont send more queries to CIC. May be it will delay.

My wife recieved a call from the consulate today and the person asked to confirm her name, date of birth and mailing address. She said can you please confirm your address in case we have to communicate with you or send your passport back to you.

We sent my wife's passport at the end of June. We sent addtional documents at the end of August. They have been communicating via email till date.

GUYS IS THIS A GOOD SIGN.

Hey Fadil any update? For some reason I have a stron gut feeling that we will hear from NDVO this week, I hope it comes true. Been more than 2 weeks since our status changed to in process, wonder what are they doing. Anyways I hope this week brings good news for both of us and for everyone else as well.

Guys I believe NDVO process by PPR datewise.......like first DM to Abhirjk, then, April_27, Then Me, Then Icare......like if you look their PPR date its all sequence wise.....

Or maybe.....NDVO has put another officers to work on APRIL and MAY files......Feb and March files are taken care by another officer who was still working on Feb and March......

Our file got rejected their actual reason was because CIC thinks our relationship is not genuine and it was primarily done for the purpose of coming to Canada.


My question is Should I Re Apply or go for Appeal ?

If I re apply I am wiling to get re-married and do all the rituals . It will be embarrassment in front of guests but I am willing to do it again and get all the rituals covered and photographed. I am willing to stay there for 6-8 months till her file processes. I am canadian citizen so this should not be a problem. This was the only thing missing other then this I had like all the proofs asked on CICs website.


What is your suggestion anyone ?

sorry to hear that and i think u should go for appeal get ur GCMS notes and do ur appeal process through some expert lawyer bcz i guess getting re married will make ur case more messy VO will question tht u re marry just to show more pics, ritual pics u should prove them wrong that if earlier u dnt had those ritual pictures it doesnot mean that ur marriage was not genuine it was because u get married in hurry thats y u were not able to subbmit many pictures . u should go to india stay with ur wife gather as much proof as u can more pictures of u together now etc .. dnt worry about the ritual pictures now .. hope it helps
