So, which address I should sent the PP and anything else apart from PP? a covering letter?

(We asked them about the PCC, but they said, if you have already submitted one, don;t worry at this point of time.)

Yes, its straightforward. When I asked thru MP last month, I heard from them that my file was not assigned to officer yet!! My wife has lived in UK for 18 months on Student Visa, but we did submit the UK PCC while submitting the application! and yes, it was first marriage for both of us.

I just did one of those case specific enquiry thru their online link this week and I got reply, that our app is still pending initial review. What does tht mean? any idea? Hubby says we'll wait another couple of weeks before we go thru MP.
Also I did have overseas work experience for 5 months and 2 weeks from Singapore. But from cic website link for PCC - I wont be able to get a PCC from the SIngapore CID without a formal written request from CIC ND. So basically Im waiting to see what the visa officer will make or assess out this situation. What do you think??

That explains the delay, I think they are still working out with the Singapore's clearance. You can try to get the PCC in the mean time to help out ND to make your decision faster.

That explains the delay, I think they are still working out with the Singapore's clearance. You can try to get the PCC in the mean time to help out ND to make your decision faster.

Well I cant get the PCC from Singapore without the letter from ND. It all depends on what or how the VO sees my case. If he/she feels the need for the PCC - then it will be conveyed formally to me and its a separate process to get the PCC from Singapore. Which would turnout to be a further delay. 2nd scenario - my hope - the VO sees that I was in Singapore for less than 6 months and may not ask me for the PCC. Thats where I am at the mercy / whim of who my VO will be.! : : : :

How is it possible that people from May are now being approved when others from March have not even had theirs assigned to an officer or it is in initial review?! ???

I don't understand how this office works. It's all on a whim it seems. We're tired of having our lives in their hands! I hope we are approved soon.

i send my PP on 19 sept and ND received on 20 sept so dnt knw how long they gona take to issue visa i can see rite now they r issuing visas to april and may applicants soo i guess i have to wait for 2 more months or even more bcz i also have travel history for 1 year

and my ecas just says application received on 25 june and medicals received ??? it means they have not touched file yet ?? do they update on ecas that they received passport ??/

This is too frustrating that they have started to issue visas for April end aplications and March applications have not been assigned yet!! In my case, I am not sure about the initial review bcz my husband got call from Nd vO asking some questions!! After then there is no update at all !!!
God please help...it has been 6 months that I have separated from my husband and now I can't take this
