No, I have not heard from NDVO yet. Hope to hear from them for 2nd PP request soon.

Atleast you have got a call from them to submit your passport (2nd request). You will hear from them soon.

Thanks Fadil my only concern is I have heard that once NDVO request any documet means delay of few more weeks or may be a month sometime, I am not sure if it works the same way for passport at the end stage or they work faster.
Good luck, I pray you get your 2nd ppr soon and we get our visas pretty soon.

I dont't think so that anybody is lying on dis foram , only thing which I worry about is july mid applicants are getting passport request as well after sponsorship approvals . And we have applied in first week of july and still nothing from CIC , no update at all.
Even if the cic website says 4th july , they are working on mid july or aug applications now .

What should we be doing , should we contact the call centre to know the status ?

Hi as per my experience every case is different don't go according to what is mentioned on website .....just wait for few more days. Patience is what we all need to have during this time.
