Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone can help me here;

Like i wrote in my post a month ago, New Delhi Visa Office sent us a PPR request via email. However, the letter attached in the PPR request belonged to someone else (some Satveer Singh Tiwana). This was July 24 2012.

After this I sent a Case specific inquiry to Delhi VO via their form on their website, also sent them a general inquiry on their email address. Still have not got any response from them.

ECAS says Decision Made (and has applicant's i.e. wife name there).

From past few weeks I have been calling the New Delhi office (by staying up late - I am in Canada) to see if someone from their call center can suggest me something but the lady who answers the phone does not even listen to me. As soon as I say I have a question about my wife's PR application, she just routes me to another number which just goes to voicemail. I am so so very frustated with this poor level of service from ND visa office.

I want to know if anyone has been through the same situation. Also, should I just send my wife's passport to the New Delhi VO with explanation that they sent us a wrong PPR and I am sending it to them after waiting for a month for their response.

Any advise??

PS - I spoke with Satveer Singh Tiwana's agent (this is the person whose PPR letter was mailed to us), they said they received the correct PPR letter.

When I applied for Police Clearance Certificate to passport office, they issued me 2 original PCCs, one I submitted to CIC and the other is with me.

I received an email for PPR, they are requesting for submission of PCC stating if not already submitted, but I have already submitted. I'm confused whether should I mail them the one original PCC that I have with me right now OR NOT?

ANYONE RECEIVED 2 POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES AFTER APPLYING FOR PCC? WHAT IS THE USE OF SECOND ORIGINAL PCC, WHEN IT IS USED ??

If you have already submitted the PCC , then you don't need to send, its only going to confuse them and delay your process. I wonder why you would get 2 copies of PCC, anyways if they are same , then chill ...no need to send the same PCC again.

Send your passport asap...good luck to the next process

Hey I file my application on May 29 and my file was transferred on July 9th. I was approved before most of the people in April and May, does that mean that they won't process my file until they reach end of May (based on mississauga timing), or do they go by file transfer?
If the case is straight forward and they find it genuine on very first look then we have seen visa in 115 days also. But cant say for sure. In case of general average cases they go by apps filled. As we have noticed that if file got delayed at one stage then they are processing faster at other stage. So it depends on case to case basis.

oh boy ...I do not want to be in this position.

Anyways, in the PPR email, do you should have your spouse's File# , if that matches with your AOR email/letter , then you know its about your spouse' application and not the other dude.

if not , then , better send them a letter by fax or mail, good luck , hope things sort outs very quickly.

The PPR email they sent me has my spouse's File # in the subject.
However, the pdf attached in the email is completely different and belongs to the other dude.

Let's hope it sorts out quickly. Does anyone know if a personal visit to the ND visa Office would work in speeding up things?

Wish you all the very best and I pray that you get your or your spouse's visa very soon.
