Hi guys....

DECISION MADE !!!!! Yay yay 8)

But i still have some concerns....

When i log in on ecas using file number ...it shows 2 addresses...
1- Your current home address ( it just says "Toronto, Ontario, Canada").... Shouldn't this have my FULL canadian address ?
2- Your current mailing address ( it has my wife's india mailing address)...its missing house number and state name....i wonder how the heck is the passport gonna reach my house.....?

When i click on "Decision Made" link...i get the following.....

We received your application for permanent residence on March 2, 2012.

We started processing your application on August 16, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Any thoughts guys ? ;D :-[
congratulations Zearus :)
you dont need to worry about address stuff, ask your wife to check her address in PPR, they dont update full address on ECAS but they do have your exact address in their system.
its time to start packing :) you will get passport back within 10 days
best of luck to everyone else waiting for visa :)

Hi Friends,

Will this new update of processing time to 9 months impact spouse applications applied in March/April 2012? e.g. if I have already submitted my passport on 9th Aug 2012

Good question punjabi kudi..

at first i use to think that they go by the file transfer date, some folks out there use to think they go by the PPR request date and some of them use to think they go by the Original date of file sent to CPC mississauga....

But out of all the one that made sense was the first one that they go by the file transfer date...

But after ZEARUS approval i am confused cuz my file transfer date was the 12th of june which is 2 weeks prior to ZEARUS..

they are all over the place and no one give you an exact answer....

hello sumitd

i they go by file transfer then yours one transferred on 12th june but they did nt make dm as you have submitted your pp on 5th july ,,,,,,,i am really very confusing ,,,whn i get my visa ,,,,,i really cant live without my love now ,,,,,whn this waiting time will be over ????????

pls baba g pls do something

Bad news now this implies that person has to wait 20-30 days more for DM.

I think this will have impact on all applications even if they were filed before august. Coz when we filed application in March, processing time was 56 days in CPC Mississauga; but it was approved in approx. 100 days(time frame which was posted in CIC website when my file actually got processed in June). So this's going to have impact on all app's

Hi punjabikudi

There is no confusion of picking files I think ND VO usually finish the processing according to date of application submitted to Canadian office.as Zur.... Got his decision made earlier than sumit... Because of their dates of application filed
