Got Re-Medical letter Jan-18-2014 exactly 2 months after Interview.
Wondering how long after re-medicals are done they ask for PP to stamp visa
-----> and how long they will keep the passport.
(last time they kept PP from Feb-05-2012 until Nov-18-2012 interview).....

Finally you got re medical letter and make sure to do it very soon. Did NDVO send you passport back with the letter? You might get the visa within one month after you send your re medical and pcc to NDVO. What does your ecas say now? Wish you a speedy visa!

Wow took u 2 months to get that letter?/? How come?? Did u call MP and ndvo before getting the letter?? WHen was your interview????

Well for my husband he got the remedical and police cert letter on 18th nov 2013 and he submitted the docs on 3rd dec (cuz it took almost 15 days to get new police cert).. On 19th jan ecas changed to "DM" and the very nxt day he got back his passport with not so shiny visa. So u never know when NDVO will give u good news.

Does this letter specified the tests you should do or is it general medical letter?.......Do I go for medical before I get remedical letter?.......

I dont think you can go there before getting the re medical letter...But funny part is my Doc is allowing us to do re-medical so, Im still stuck..

The letter indicates what you have to do for remedical. Most of the time X-ray again and LAb test

Can some one help me of the kind of questions the VO would be asking my 9 year old daughter. The interview request letter specifically asks for the child to attend as she has been adopted by my present husband.

I have no clue what would they can ask a minor child about ...any suggestions or views will help me a lot in the interview.

When did you go for an interview??and what did they say???

I told me that they will send it soon but I am still waiting..

If you did your pcc in Aug 2012 then you have to re-do it..and Its better to get it done now before you get the letter cuz it takes few days..

Medical- we have to do it ones we get the letter....

Sorry, Where are you from?? ARe you from Nepal?? Just wondering...

In nepal- it takes about few days max one week to get pcc but In India..I heard LONGER..

I suggest you to get a new one cuz your is expired and thye will deff ask you for it again...
