once you get the email id of ur mp, make a simple inquiry details ( uci# file #, full name address. email. etc..) Once they get ur email, they ill send you a consent for which u or ur spouse will sign, and also they will attach another form for all ur personal detail which will need to filled out and scanned back to them.

Do you think MP gives right information ? I am January 2013 applicant when I first did Mp inquiry she said to wait till November now she is saying I have to waill tii March because of procesing time increased from 10-12 months however they have waived interview in process october 26.My case is straight forward first marriage, 6 years of travel history. Any Idea ..... I am so frustrated ..... I have a feeling of not filling the inforamtion properly is delaying my application..It will be a year we have been living away................

I think mp gives, right information, im mean im speaking for my self, I have had good experience with it. I mean some ppl didn't get
a good response from them. But mp do tell us that you need to wait for 12 months processing time to be over, so they can make and inquiry to ndvo.

I wish we were going tomorrow! We both have so much tension about this but we are both in Canada right now and the interview was set in New Delhi. They asked for my husbands passport in April/May 2013, which we sent... we requested several times to get his passport back, went to the Indian Consulate in Vancouver, I called the phone number for the consulate in New Delhi, they lady said they NEVER discuss over the phone and if his parents were to show up to pick his passport up they wouldn't be allowed on the grounds This has been one of the hardest few weeks ever! We have all the extra documentation ready, pictures, phone bills, etc.

Our lawyer emailed the Immigration email several times and said send the passport ASAP, we keep checking everything but we are stuck, he can't fly out of the country without a passport, actually nothing we can do here... he emailed and said we couldn't make the interview BECAUSE they didn't send the passport, to reschedule and still have heard NOTHING ???

It's so frustrating, I hope this doesn't screw up our case... on the plus side our lawyer was a New Delhi interview officer for 7 years and emailed them that in his 7 years as an officer and 31 years in immigration he has not seen a more genuine couple as us... so we are just waiting.. and waiting and waiting with too much tension!!

To begin with - Wife is at delhi today and her interview is scheduled for Dec 4 morning. (Couldn't sleep last night...)

Application details:
App filed - Nov 2012
Med - expired (in Sept. 2013 I believe)
PPR - March 2013
App. file using services of immigration consultant - which in retrospect I could have done better had I come across this forum at the time.
GCMS notes - did not apply (again silly mistake) because 1) learned about them too late, 2) consultant kept providing consolation that let the processing go on and be patient, etc.

Our case - first marriage for both, same age, traditional arranged...

Not sure what else to mention right now but will answer your qtns and provide details as best as I can.

Just jittery and anxious to hear the good news from wifey...
