Any idea what i can do? Out application is still in process and says criminality and security pending. GCMC notes has no red flag but I am April 2012 applicant I have no idea what to do and where to go now.

I received my interview date today for December 3, 2013.

Our application was sent November 2012, received approval March 2013, sent passport May 2013, medical expired July 2013

Yes I think you need to contact ur MP... it really does help.. they will get back to you with 2 days-/1 week its really helpful. I had contacted mine a few weeks back. I had ordered my gcms notes and found that passport was requested 8 months back
when i told my MP.. she emailed NDVO.. they wrote back to her saying that would like the passport with the PR FEE.
As my lawyers never received anything by email or mail. I really feel you have to take your ur cases in ur own hands
if you want to start seeing some movement. BUt a good thing is is ur file is in PROCESS.. MOST OF STILL SEE APPLCATION REC. WID MEDICAL REC. But as some ppl said to relay on ecas.

just checked Ecas..with my hubby file number.. address has been updated to our
current home address in 1 box(right side) before this was our lawyers.. But when I check with mine
its shows lawyers address in both boxes.
Anyone know what this means?? did anyone get updates so far??? with ecas.

Contact ur lawyer and tell him/her what happened they will know..
