Did they inform you regarding the decision on the same day (interview day).. or gave any indication regarding the refusal.

Ndvo mentioned that my application will be scheduled based on its application received date of: March 2013...but my application was filed last yr in Oct and passport waas sent in March 2013. I am not sure y..

No, it falls under right to Information act and it cannot make any effect on your file

we just made MP inquiry and he said background checks are done..... interview has been schedule for family. and bring forward date is 30th nov...
can anyone tell me why they schedule interview and what bring forward date means? and how much time they will take now....

Interview can be done for so many reasons but most probably when they have any doubts about your relationship. Could you please share your time line an explain your case a bit further ?
