Any idea on GCMS note, its been more then one month (Almost 40 days) since I applied for GCMS notes and have not received any thing yet, ...do you know where can we followup , if we can followup at all..

my criminality process is passed.now security is in process and hirv is not started. what do they check in security process? anybody have an idea?

In My latest GCMS notes (printed on 23rd May 2013) It is written in Text: Meds-Expired Please Re-Issue What that means??? will they ask me to do re medical???? I don't know if this true then why they are taking soooooo long??? this Text was updated on 26th March 2013 and I don't have any news from NVDO.

It is really height of patience now...

Criminality still "In Progress" and they had started it on 17th Dec 2012. I don't know what the hack they are checking since that long. it is already five months passed for this check.........The people are getting there PP with Visa in six months......Some time I really feel Jealous ;D

Any Idea.....???? what exactly processing time? it started from the date of application received by CPC-Mississauga or File received by CHC-New Delhi????

In my recent mp enquiry, the email from NDVO to the Mp stated that 80% of cases are being tried to settle within 6 months from the time it is received by NDVO.

Still in process since feb 28th 2013. NDVO still has not replied to MP inquiry last month about losing our RRF proof of payment in March and us resending it.. They have passport and new medical...security checks pending their receiving the final payment... No response from them at all. MP says they can't do anything. 15 months now this whole process...

Yes first marriage but 3rd time applying cuz NDVO didn't think our marriage. Was genuine they said I had gotten married so my husband can have pr status so we got a lawyer to help wid the case....

.GCMS can be ordered at any stage of process and you will get response only after 30 days,its upto you .Many cases GCMS have proved useful as we are seeing NDVO keeping quiet for some inputs from client .I have applied for GCMS on 24th april ,have not received yet .

Security Check is the Very First Step if security is Passed only then CIC process further. But they did not say anything in front of Security in GCMS Notes. Criminality check is the Last process in the Processing of Background check. And I really don't know what HIRV is and what is it's full form.

So I think you are already done with your file and you will be got DM anytime now. and by the way what is due date on GCMS?

Application submitted: April 10, 2012. As per Ecas's my file was taken in process on March, 2013. On April 5, 2013 I was asked to resubmit completed medical results and POlice clearance as the validity of those docs. Was over. I was also asked to submit IMM 5669-Schedule background/declaration form. I resubmitted all the docs. on April, 17, 2013 i.e. within given time. On by the 2nd week of May, ecas showed "medicals received". The status is still in process.

When can I expect my visa? Is there any chance of having interview?

No there is NO chance of Interview after eCas changed to "In Process" your file must be in Background check process and once it would be completed, You will get a "Decision Made" on your application.

The day had been gone. Though I knew that nothing would be update even then I could not stop myself to check my ecas. it is still in Process...........I am sure it will updated that day when I would stop checking..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
