Hello All,

Congratulations to all those who got VISA.

can anybody let me know, if they have filled ' IMM1283 – Financial Evaluation Form for Sponsorship' for
spouse sponsorship ?

got the gcms notes, it mentions of that:

29June2012
Sponsorship application assessed at CPC Mississauga – Sponsorship approved, letter sent

13July2012
File transferred to and received at New Delhi, India. Acknowledgement of Receipt sent. Request for
passport and passport photos sent and received.

13August2012
IMM1283 – Financial Evaluation Form for Sponsorship received.
IMM1344 – Application to Sponsor and Undertaking received.

I saw the site has updated my medicals. It says'' MEdical results have been received".
Thanks Muksi for giving the right info. Now PPR is done, Medicals Done. How long do you think this waiting would continue. Looking at the spreadsheet I gather whtever the Date of Applicatio is two months after PPR generally the status gets to DM. What is your take in this Muksi?

Even address change is not thr in my ecas... Hope it should be done within 2-3 days... let me know if u get address change on ur ecas....

is your application in process from August 2012??? It is high time.... Me and maplegal was thinking only ours are delaying.....OMG it is too much......did you ever order GCMS notes??? what is pending now??? eight month is too much dude. Do you have a travel history????

Mine is In Process since Aug as well ...

Got a reply from the MP that my file is pending review .

What does that mean ? Like after receiving a call from NDVO that everythg is over n we r just waiting for ur renewed PP to issue a visa ?

How much time can they take max now to issue the visa ?? Any idea ?

After submission of your renewed passport, I think maximum NDVO would take 3-4 weeks to issue you a visa. they take two weeks to sort out the passports for appropriate destination in CHC,,,,It sounds funny.

By the way do you have travel history??

Helloo guys my wife got passport with shiny stamp today.. NDVO has extended medical expiry date by 9 days ... I m going to India to pick her up and meet my family.. Thanks Muksi, mannatdel for ur wishes... Will pray for u guys still waiting for the judgement day.... ;D

Any news from your end?

Hopefully you will get your visa within 2 to 3 weeks time if they have already completed other checks. Wish you all the best!
