You won't hear anthing until they request for passport. You will then get a similar letter from above asking for passport( include old passports if you have any, Police clerence if not submitted yet and the $$$ if not paid..


After that you just have to keep checking on Ecas if your status has changed from Application received to Decision made or in process..

We cannot do anything but wait....It sux.

NDVO told me to have complete medical . i have done my medical from max super speciality hospita mohali . immigration have mentioned my file number and IME Number which i received email fom him .doctor has sent my medical via online he has put my name, passport no, dob and IME (IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAM) on the medical but he not mentioned my file number on the medical . will immigration able to know that it is my medical just from IME number?

Bal yes IME number is the key. did your ecas ever showed "Medical results received" before?
i am asking as my wife got her medicals done from Max last year as well but high commission never received the medicals, they also noted in GCMS that medical office was not listed on initial medical which i attached when filing the sponsorship. i am waiting for a remedical request once original ones expired..

Hello Everyone....

I have paid the fees online thru my brother in law's credit card and got the receipt.
Now i have to write the payer information in blank boxes.

Pls anybody tell me what should i have to write in "Client ID" box ????? [ ]

Jay Swaminarayan... I had done the same thing.. Used my sister's credit card.. In that case, u need to fill information of sponsor with his/her client ID and contact info...

Even payer's information should not include name of ur relative whose card u used....It should have sponsor's info... Visa officers don't know the person who has paid... They know u with ur client ID bcz u are the sponsor...

This is what my lawyer suggested and I did... bt it makes sense to me ...

hi this is partial medical. this clearly says that they need pages 2,6 and 7.they told me the same thing in mohali.then i went to appollo hos in ludhiana they just did my chest x-ray,eye test and physical examination. after few days my ecas said medical results recieved.

did u hear anyhting frm NDVO after ur remedcal??

Here's email which i got from canada immigration

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide you with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s):
• Chest Xray with report.
• Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 6 and 7 of IMM5419).
• Completed MEDICAL REPORT PHYSICAL EXAMINATION form [Page 2 of IMM 5419].
Take this email to the Panel Physician (PP) who examined you earlier for the re-assessment(s) to be arranged.

You have 30days from the date of this letter to comply with this request. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.}




but last time i did my medical from amritsar panel physician but it is no longer authorize for canada now,this time i had my medical another panel physician

tell ur area M.P to email them back..ours was same case but they had called before issuing the remedical letter.they had sent us to other physician when we mentioned them about physician no longer on panel....good luck..

So We received an email from CIC saying they requested a copy of our marriage certificate but it was not sent, but we sent it with the passport. How is that even possible it was all in one courier. Anybody experience this? It's so unfair so our lawyer sent an urgent email with the certificate attached. It took 2 months for them to open the file after the passport was sent how likey is it that they will see this email. Don't know how they lost it but it's very likey they did and are just blaming us for not sending. I just hope it's all over soon.

It is because they have an Indian staff inside CHC who are handling all these, and being an Indian..you know how we use other's shoulder to fire ;D ;D ;D

yes they ask me to do fingerprints for rcmp clearance.but they recieved the rcmp report by jan end.i did mp enquiry he said that they have to enter my criminality report then they will contact me personally .that was on 8th april. no contact after that.just waiting

Why are they asking for sponsor's letter of employment.. It is not needed as per Canadian law to apply for spousal application..
