NDVO should be sufficient. just add the cover letter and include the file number , DOB , name and address of Principal applicant.

i sent a copy of receipt of Fees paid along with copy of PCC when they asked for PP..

How long did it took for them to change In Process to Decision Made after you submitted your passport.

we sent it to NDVO ....

That makes sense. Not sure if its required to be sent to Mississauga. Anyways, it usually takes a few weeks for NDVO to update based on documentation received. Don't worry, they will have it on the file soon !

I did the same thing ...my GCMS say clearly that RPRF recieved n attached with the file...
But then there is a note saying awaiting confirmation from cic mississauga for confirmation of RPRf payment...
Just had a word with cic call centre agent .....he said u are suppose to send a copy of the receipt to cic mississauga when u pay rprf.....we just did that....lets c wats next for us

Immigration Office requested for processing this application

Would I write CPC - New Delhi here or CPC - Mississauga?

I am following this forum since last month. I have been in Canada few times on visitor visa.

May I know why they asked you to do RCMP? Is it because you guys lived in Canada for longer than 6 months on student or work visa or visiting visa?

New Delhi is unpredictable. They've had my husbands pp since August.

same with me..we have resubmitted medical in march end..no response yet..

Got a MP inquiry done.they took a while to issue remedical letter that delayed whole process.Got to knw that thru MP enquiry.Have submitted remedical in march end..still no visa issued.Requested area MP to cheack again??

Have you lived in Canada for more than 6 months? I already applied for it in Feb 2013. NDVO already issued PPR for me few days ago.

But they did not ask me for RCMP fingerprints yet. So will they ask for it in my case?

You should write CHC-New delhi. CPC-Mississauga is only case processing center and it will only check your eligibility to sponsor your spouse. But your file will be fully reviewed by New Delhi VO.
