Thanks a lot and thanks Muski...finally at 4pm I got a call from CHC again saying they have issued my visa so do I want to collect or they gotta post..so I've opted to collect..so tomorrow 3pm I'm collecting my visa...DAMN EXCITED!

Dear Angle, Anu,

I wont mind to share but it is a long stories. Our BAD experience was with and Indian CSIC member , My only advise is NEVER AND NEVER tak services of any Immigration Consultant specially when it is an Indian. They are certainly NOT qualified than the clients and they use the information provided against you and just grabbing money.

we fought an appeal but that MF never attended any hearing hence we got dismissed the appeal after three years beacuse no one presented.

Anyway.......Just Good Luck to all. who are waiting.

Yess I think so...coz on my GCMS notes

ASSSEMENT
Medical : Passed
Eligibility : Passed
RCMP Screening: Passed "No Reportable Trace"
Criminality: In Progress
Security: Passed
RPRF: Passed

So that mean only Background check is pending but it is talking a long time ( I assume it is because of long travel History in past)

Normally with the sponsor credentials you will see DM for sponsorship approval. But with eCAS you never know. Hope its the DM for 2nd stage and you get the passport very soon. All the best!

Thank you for the response. My decision made is appearing a second time. Timeline is as follows on our ecas:

Sponsor (husband = me) : My eCas timeline as follows:

1) Application filed in Aug 2012 : eCas Status changed to Application rcvd in Sept 2012.
2) Sponsorship Approval rcvd in October 2012 : Status changed to Decision Made (1st time).
3) November 2012 - March 2013 : Status showed "In Process" all this time.
4) Now in March 2013 : It shows decision made now (2nd time).


Sponsored person = my wife and dependent child : eCas notes using wife credentials:
1) Only showing Application Rcvd from the time we applied till this day.

Thats the summary so far, dont know if I should be happy to see the DM on my eCas login or...?

Secondly, can you please update the spread sheet with my info. We rcvd the passport request on 8 Nov. 2012 and we sent the passports on 20 Nov 2012.

I can imagine ur happiness , when u must have passed the interview this time .
