new check list for Re-submission ?

My spousal sponsorship application returned because my birth certificate wasn’t translated into English.

I am re-submitting tomorrow.

Question:

Do I need to print a new check list and re-tick for the resubmission ?

Or I can just use the same check list I sent previously?

When did they receive your application and when did u get return?

You can just submit the same checklist but make sure you checked everything you are going to send before sending it..check twice send once

You have to make sure that ALL your forms are current. There is a new checklist for example so I guess you used the old one before, and will have to use the new one now. Also read carefully the checklist as its a little different (for example you might have to send your app to a different address, also now they ask that if your proof of contact is not in english or french you have to translate it). So go over everything carefully to avoid getting it back again.

They received on Jan 4th, 2019, i got the return on March 8th.

Yea everything is checked and the only mistake that got highlighted by them is my Birth Certificate not translated to English.

You have to make sure that ALL your forms are current. There is a new checklist for example so I guess you used the old one before, and will have to use the new one now. Think about it as the first time you sent your app. If you think you have everything so send it. You can reuse old forms.
