New Changes are not updated

Hi,

I am international student and the new changes on Nov 19th affected my profile. I should get 30 points because I did my Master degree in Canada. I updated my express entry profile and I still can not see these new points. I withdrew that express entry profile and I made a new one, and still I have the same points (380). I am not sure what is wrong. If I use the CRS tool I see the new updates (380+30 =410) but with the express entry profile its not updated yet.

The question in my Education history was as following:


Were you awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?

I said yes.


It was like this before, I just updated that again.

I'm talking about these questions

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.

The answers in order are as following:
1- Yes
2-No
3-No

Note:
I did my master at University of Waterloo which is a public university in Ontario. Question one was confusing since I thought in (in Quebec) refers to all of them then I realized its only for CEGEP.

You answered correctly, check if you have the correct DLI number or if you selected "certificate or diploma or degree awarded".

That's all I can think of, if everything is correct then you can only wait for your points to be reflected.

The same for me! I have an MA from the University of Victoria and answered all the same as you.

In the point category it doesn't say 0 though, it just doesn't have a number at all so I think it just hasn't been updated?

Hi gaiou37,

In my previous express entry profile that I created before Nov 19th. It does not say 0 in the CRS - Canadian education category. However, in the new express entry profile, I have 0 in this category.

That is very confusing cause based on the website, the changes should be changed before the first draw which was in Nov 30.

Did anyone get the email from IRCC? Saying all updates to be done by December 12th and the new scored will be reflected before next draw which they said will be in the coming weeks?
