I don't think it will help to say LMIA exempt Job offer as the status will change if you have to go back yo your country unless you are extending your work permit.

Hi rg74, What is the proof for job offer when we are on ICT. Is workpermit enough or any specific (job offer valid for 1 year) from employer is required? I'm on ICT with visa valid till Jan 2017. After Jan, I may go back to my home country. I already completed 2 years in Canada. Should I updte as I have job offer with LMIA exempt. What happens if I o back to my home country. Any idea?
