Hello everyone I recieved my medicals request yesterday my timelines are
Application recieved 6th january 2014
AOR recieved 18th feburary 2014
Medical request 19th july 2014
Good luck everyone cheers :)

Congratulations and good luck :) my timeline is the same however i didn't get the MR request yet !!

I'm not sure whether that request is formal enough for the application for police certificate. As sg government needs a formal one saying that statutory declaration would not be accepted as proof of no criminal. So if they didn't mention this point in the request letter, sg government may not accept my application for the certificate ...

No MR for me until now.

I am suspecting that..since my PCC is not there, they might ask for it at some point soon and it might be delaying my MR.
As I am prepared for PCC, I would be getting it this week and then will send it right away to them. Hoping to MR after that.

No MR for me either. My timelines are same as yours.

Thanks

Any more MRs for Jan applicants? Seems none for last couple of days again after a drizzle over the weekend! ???

Just email SPF SG and include the request email from CIC.They will acknowledge it and send you the instructions and forms needed.

Send documents for adding spouse in my existing application.

Hi,

FYI,

I have just received medical request this morning. My timeline as below:

app sent: jan 07, 2014
app received: jan 09, 2014
aor: feb 18, 2014

Seniors,

Please advise, In my situation my first application was refused due to duties not mentioned in employment letter after they requested medical in last nov 2013. I did medical in last nov. Now can ask immigration officer to reuse the same medical result which was done in last nov? or i need to do it again since they requested for it?

Thanks in advance.

I think the medical results are valid for a year.
Just curious, your application was refused after sending a medical request last time or you did an upfront medical ?

As sonofapeach already said, the results are valid for 12 months and can be used again until November this year.
However, the CPR and your immigration visa will also only be valid for 12 months after completing the medicals,
so you'd have to complete the landing before the CPR expires ( which would be exactly 12 months after the medicals ).

@ sonofapeach: I did medical in nov after they requested it...

@im_toby: so r u saying it is better to do it again? If not how would I approach immigration officer to reuse my old one? Do u know if anyone else have done that in past ?

Thanks to both of you for prompt reply.

Regards,

You can see how it goes, depending on the processing time, you might get your application finalized before your medicals expire.
And if you're willing and able to complete the landing as soon as your get the CPR from CIC, then you might be able to use your old test
results. You don't have to do anything, the rest results are in their system and should come up as soon as it gets to the stage.
If you still get the MR, simply respond to the email and tell them the date and clinic you've complete the tests and they should be able
to locate the results. Maybe you still have the confirmation from the clinic, you can also email that in case you get the MR.
