Actually, I just found my application in the mail.

I forgot to include the original copy of my birth certificate.

Two questions:
1) My photo is now more than six months since it was taken, should I retake the photo?
2) I have also left Canada since I sent out my app, do I need to update all the information again (eg. travel info)?

I applied for PR for me & my wife on Jan 8th, 2014. The application was received on 15th Jan, 2014.
My credit card was charged on Feb 17th. What are the next steps in the application process. I have sent my application from Mumbai, India.

Is the processing time different for applications sent from India vs application from within canada?

No, CEC case processsing time is 13 months where ever you Apply.

I don't get it. You did not send a copy of your birth cer. at all, right? Because you are not supposed to send an ORIGINAL BC, just a photocopy.
Just say that you forgot to send a copy of your BC. 8)

Hi Goku, i am pursuing CGA. Currently enrolled at pace level.

The NOC1212 doesn't require designation, right? The
supervisor-level experience is enough.

I am applying as Bookkeeping Supervisor and by designation I meant what is position did you mentioned in your reference letter? As far as I know you have to mention your position in reference letter, Schedule 8, Schedule A, etc.

Just A/P accountant.
But my employer kindly mentioned my duties as supervising over the A/P department and he referred to the specific NOC code. I hope it is ok.

Oh, I sent in the translated copy, but I forgot to include a copy of BC.

I misread the instruction again, I thought I need to send in orginal BC with the translated copy.

My application was received on 9th Jan 2014 and was sent back to me on 12th Feb as I forgot to sign on the authorisation paper for CC.
I re-send it and was received on 20th Feb. Doese it considered under 9th Jan slot or it will be processed as fresh submission on 20th Feb.
Please Advise if my days will be count from 20th Feb for 40 more days or will take lesser time as 9th Jan.

Good thing is that they did not take a very long time to send your application back. You will now be treated as a February applicant.
