No need for explanation letter just don't mark in check list you can submit police clearance after you get file number or when they required

hi im planning to apply for cec soon and have some questions:

im applying through assistant manager and have 1 year experience as of jan 1st however in my 3 years in canada i worked at other jobs too. do i need to get employment letter from them even they dont fall under noc category,
im applying from ottawa so which immigration office should i choose to process my application?

Please can someone help me with my questions.

If you work before anywhere which is not falling under noc o or a or b than its ok no need for reference letter just as add your t4 and choose Ottawa as yourprocessing location

i have one more question can i go to India for a week during my work experience and i do have multiple entry visa which is valid until 2016. if yes than is i need to do 1 more week in my job do complete my one year experience

You can go but if its paid holiday than it will count for 1 yr. Experience if not paid holiday than have to do more week work

From Nov when the new rules were made CIC are accepting only fully completed application. Please go through the CIC site again.

Dear all, I am planning to submit my application in January too, but before that I have a few questions:

1. Is Police certificate required if I lived in Canada since I was at the age of 18?

2. I worked from Dec 2012 till present, therefore my 2012 NOA did not show any work history. Do I still need to submit it along with my application? As for my 2013 NOA, I will not be able to get it until I have filed the tax return in Feb. Can I still submit the application form now? (I will include an explanation letter and submit the NOA once I receive it) Or is it safer to wait until I get the NOA?

3. My PGWP is going to expire in Sept., I read some posts saying that I can include my BOWP application with the PR package. But I thought I have to wait until 4 months before my permit actually expires. What would you guys suggest me to do? Submit it with the package or wait until I get my AOR and apply online in May?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I sent my application on 2nd January and was received in Sydney on 9th January. Hope to process smoothly.

Just quick question. Do I have to submit CELPIP (which I took) result in original unopened envelope or i can open envelope and take a copy of it. I don't recall but I read somewhere to submit original unopened envelope.

I guess once you receive 2013 NOA after filing then you submit by e-mail which I will do it. But send T4 2013 with the application.

It's better to wait for AOR as you still have time.

Noo if you open that you will have to pass another test. !! didn't they send you a copy ? if not call them and ask for it .. just do not open the sealed envolope
