I got RPRF request today as well and here is my timeline. I expect my PPR to be next year coz my police certs will take some more time.

Applied: Jan 15, 2014
Added spouse: Feb 27, 2014
Additional doc for spouse: May 12, 2014
Intention letter query from CEC: Aug 11, 2014
MR: Sep 30, 2014
Addition police cert requests: Oct 1, 2014
RPRF stating eligibility passed: Oct 24, 2014

Got GCMS notes today. The reason for not receiving the MR is because of the 2nd VO who needs to review my application. The 1st VO has provided following statement, but still it's creating lot of tension:-
"Applicant meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level: A. CRIMINALITY: RCMP Screening- No reportable trace for PA. PA: POLICE Certificates from India - REQUIRED RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER".

P.S.:- PCC already sent and they have acknowledged the receipt of the same.

Status as on 24th Sep 2014:-
Eligibility: In Progress
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Not Started
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:

Please find one more statement, but this one does not seem to be causing the review:-
"Employment letter does NOT provide information regarding applicant's duties and
functions within the company. Web-based search conducted - Online information verified. ADDITIONAL NOTES:
DUTIES ARE LISTED ON SEPARATE PAPER PAYSTUBS ON FILE LANGUAGE: IEL TS submitted"

Observe the additional note.
