Has anyone sent additional documents without mentioning UCI or application number in the cover letter. I did

I sent additional document but attached a cover letter and their email copy along with it.
If you have by mistake sent it without that information, I would suggest, to send an email to CIC with the scanned copy of it and mentioning the same to them.
Hopefully they will link that document with your file through the email.

By the end of this month I need to travel back to my home country for a 2-week vacation. Do I need to inform CIC about this trip?

No, you are not obligated to inform CIC about your trip. But be accessible to them via email though. You might get your MR in that week

App received 27 Jan
AOR received 27 Feb
MR received 8 Aug

Does anyone have a suggestion for a physician in Toronto that doesn't need appointment, is quick and is e-medicals enable?
