New CEC - Jan 2013 Applications

Hi Guys..
I just checked my application online and there isn't much information. The status only says :
"We received your application for permanent residence on January 24, 2013."
I wasn't worried all the time but now I'm reading that some people has more information about their application - that it is in process etc.
I also had to add some additional documents to my application and I just e-mail them to Ottawa Pilot e-mail address. I have no idea if they have received it or not, as I haven't heard anything back from them.

Please advise, should I worry about this...?

Today is day 30 - yay!

dont worry.. its normal, the process itself is time consuming.. you should expect medicals in a couple of months.. just an estimate.. it may take longer depending on your paperwork and your story...

GCMS notes in simple words is an explanation of what has happened, going on, and is not started with regard to the processing of your file..
from GCMS, you can find out whether you already passed the eligibility criteria, security, criminality etc...
its free to order. but you will receive it after a month...

make sure you select privacy act when filling out the form cuz its free.
The information act will charge $5

I got gcms notes today ......nothing is start yet .....only RCMP completed and criminal try in progress
......one thing more its also has that they attached my additional documents which I sent later ......one
more thing its showing rprf fee is due .

when did you apply GCMS, i applied June 25 and still waiting.

I am trying all day today to submit GCMS request but they are not accepting any of my credit cards. All of them are VISAs... Is there any other way I could pay for that?

How did you send your additional document? Just e-mailed them? Did you get any response back from them that they have would have received it?
I sent in one document a month ago but never heard back from them, so I even don't know if they added it to my file or not..

Yes, I'm in Canada. Do you mean - I have to select "privacy act" and then I don't need to pay?

I did not chose privacy act and I paid only $5and got it less than 30 day .
