New CEC - Jan 2013 Applications

I will give 'edit' access to only Jan applicants and only to those who info is listed in the sheet. Will add a new column to display if the applicant has been given 'edit' access. YES/NO.
Any thoughts ?

Yes.
At least we will be able to keep track of who has the access to the chart.
