Hello Andy and all,
I think somebody changed the spreadsheet to private. As I am the owner, I think I can unlock it. May I do unlock or we may continue the new one??
I didn't spent more time and didn't check the update for past two weeks. Thats why I was helpless. Sorry guys.

Appreciate your thoughts. But then, duplication will not serve any purpose. Though having a back up is always a good idea. When the other 'mentally sick' person is so very committed in locking and deleting our info, I am committed to maintaining this tracker. I am ready for it.

Alternatively, I could also give edit access to two others. This will make the task much easier.

We are facing a challenge. It is definitely not wise to again open the tracker to public access.
If you want 'edit' access, you will have to drop me a PM (personal message) with your gmail ID so that I can give you the access.
