Hi Guys got a question...i am about to get married to canadian citizen but i want to keep my CEC running and do not want to get immigration on base of spouse, would that be fine if i just tell CIC that i want to get immi of my own.... please advise if someone knows

Gurus,

I have received AOR and need to send PCCs to CPP Ottawa office. Do we need to put application number and related information on top of envelope(other than CPP address) or only in inside covering letter.

I sent my PCC with application no and UCI on top of the envelop as well as on top of all docs included in the envelop through Canada post. Once delivered, I sent an email to CPP Ottawa and they informed me the next day that they had received my docs.

I was wondering since we receive our AOR 3-4 months faster than it used to be. then that means we should start getting our Medicals Request in May-June?

Do agree that AOR receipt is faster that it used to be. On the contrary, MR receipt has slowed down compared to the last year. Jun / July 2012 are getting their MR's now. So it almost balances the equation and pushes us back. Jan 2013 applicants should expect MR's no earlier than Aug / Sep.

Yes I just checked. Status has changed to 'In process'

We started processing your application on March 14, 2013.

The AOR's are coming quicker because Sydney are entering the applications onto the system and sending the AOR. The apps are then passed onto Ottawa.

It's exciting that people are seeing "In Process" already... I'm wondering if they are going to be processing applications received after 03 Jan 2013 alongside the old style applications... Things may be looking up!

Let's hope we see progress over the next couple of months with Jan 2013 apps... That will give us a much better idea!

Good News though that 2013 application have started getting processed. Some Feb applications too.

@Andy / Others:

I have just received my T4 for 2012 from my employer. I was in India hence the delay. Nevertheless, I did send all my Pay Stubs for 2012 in my application.

My visa office is New Delhi. I now wish to email CIC the scanned and notarized copies of my 2012 T4. Where do I email them? In my AOR email from CIC Sydney office, there is no mention of any particular email id that I should send further documents to.

Please help urgently.
