I provided an employer reference letter without duties and the role mentioned same as in work permit. And submitted all pay slips, T4s, bank statements and employment Offer Letter.

Someone who got the RPRF, please reply to my questions.

Hi Dreams,

Yes this is normaly language used in the RPRF email. I too had this on mine when I got it last week. I understood it as we have passed eligibility criteria and the remaining is still ongoing. Pay the fee, have your Medical, send biodata and sit back and wait a little longer!

Mine still says in process and no notes about medical received.

I've done medical on Dec. 2nd in Vancouver. (Thanks HY325 for updating!)

I think I'll call the doctor's office tomorrow morning to see if he sent the results yet.

I'm from Visa exempt country, and really wish I can get COPR and land before Christmas or New Year.

You only did your medical a few days ago - did you ask your doctor how long it takes to upload? Some places can take a week or two. Then the results have to be cleared by a doctor in Ottawa and then they are sent to your visa officer. To have everything completed within a few days is a little unrealistic I'm afraid.
From what I can see, COPR is about a month from medicals done date - assuming they are uploaded in a timely manner so maybe expect COPR in the new year

The other question I have is, does CIC asks for PCC from US? I travelled to US after submitting PR application from within Canada and completing 6 months now...Does anyone have in same situation?

Any more ppr / decision made? There are quite a few people who have completed medicals at the beginning of nov. I also hope that more MR , rprf will come until holidays .

I think Dr lyndon uploads results only on Fridays. You can call and confirm when results were / will be uploaded.

For me it took almost a month after Meds done to get ppr. However , I see that my gcms had due date as December 1st under application assignment section on page 2. I think that's the date on which the vo opens the file again to see if everything is passed and issue ppr. What does your gcms say? It can be few weeks after MR. I hope you get it soon.

Thanks! eds. I called them but the secreary was a bit annoyed and asked me to call after 10 days. She said if there is anythign wrong the doctor will call you. Anyway I have applied for GCMS inly november 29th so i think in another few weeks i shall know what had hapened with my file. I shall keep you posted.

Hello Guys i got recieve email request for RPRF and Biodata Update today....!!! Its says they attached a form BIODATA but is seems there no attached BioData form in the email..Where can i get this form? any idea guys?they want me to update Height and eye color.

One more email i recieve a form MEDICAL REPORT Client Biodata and summary. Does this mean MEDICAL REQUEST?

It's waaaaay too early to expect your ppr - current trend appears to be about a month - as I wrote previously your medical has to be uploaded, reviewed by Ottawa doctors and THEN sent to the VO for processing. The VO nor dr Lyndon take the decision on whether you've passed your medical.

To be clear, if you don't hear from your md prior to the results being submitted you are 99.9% guaranteed acceptance on medical grounds, unless you have already discussed with the md a serious medical problem.

So don't worry, you will hear from them soon.
