Is 6621 your NOC code? I'm afraid it is skill level D job, which is ineligible under CEC.

pay single single doller tax which i earned

i have 6.5 bands in ilets
study one years communtiy college in canada
have current rcmp
have a home country current pcc
canada pcc
have affidavit for brith certificate
have 2.6 years pay slips
have all last 20 years education dcouments.
have 2009,2010,2011, tax t4 ,notice of assements
letter of reference that showing duties ,salary, hours,company name ,company address, contact no, manager name .signature,company letter head.
but that letter is not currentb date, back dated but showing that i completed more than two years and all the benfits
i am on implied status applied for lmo and visitor visa for extenstion of status

please please tell i do need more documents and do i need current dated letter of refrence and

What do you mean??? Do you think they will know I tried applying before under the other NOC code???
The problem is that I do both jobs but i decided to go for the other one because of the longer experience, but I have almost 1 year in cooking aswell.
I hope they don't keep record of my previous application if it's refused by having a wrong NOC code.
I have to try anyways.

good day.. ive applied and updated the excel sheet too.. didnt realize there were updates to the application forms up until i registered this forum, which was too late.. heres hoping it wont get rejected just for that..

ive applied using multiple jobs, my previous employer got closed so i couldnt submit the letter of reference on a company letterhead, but i found my supervisor, went to his address and got him to sign my responsibilities and other details that CEC demands..ive provided his contact info as well.. although ive already finished 12 months of class A job with my current employer so im not as worried about this issue..

since ive used the old forms and not the updated ones, I'll let you all know if I receive my AOR or not..

do you guys know how long it would take for medical request after receiving the AOR? if someone has a web page describing these approximate timelines, it'd be much appreciated..

welcome to the club caissaca. HY325 too has used the Dec 2012 forms. Hope for best.
With regards to the timelines, it is very unpredictable. Roughly it could take anywhere between 3 to 6 months to receive MR after AOR.

One suggestion to all those who are adding their info to the tracker. Please follow the order of listing your case based on application received at CIO date. It will set the expectations straight in terms of receiving the AOR and others to follow.

I wasn't aware we were listing them on the base of application recvd date. I fixed my entry. I've filled the credit card form and not the online payment option. 01/18/2013 is the date they received my application at NS.

Tell me the actual NOC codes, the job title and the length of time you were doing them.
