Hi,
I applied for my permanent residence last August and was just refused today
Initially I had applied under the 1 year postgraduate and 1 year of full time work experience stream. My application was declined due to the education component of my application not being accepted. In addition, the 2 year full time work experience stream was also declined as I only had 1.5 years of work experience. However, with the new CEC rules effective January 2013, only 1 year of full time work experience is required!
Why is my application still being processed under the old rules and a whole new essentially identical application is now required??
This makes absolutely no sense as I do meet the 1 year current requirement.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
D
