new caregiver pathway requirement

My Wife work as a part time caregiver in a company since 2021 in canada, my landloard agreed to give her full time job offer , pay slips with tax deduction, The private caregivers will be elligible for this pathway ?
does she needs any caregiver certificate or some thing?

Could you please guide me for employment offer letter. My employer needs to advertise at the job bank + need to open CRA account as well.

For Offer of Employment you can just use IMM 5983, CRA Business Number is mandatory.
