New Canadian student visa application form since 1 June 2014

Hello Friends,

I am in the process of reapplying for my study permit, this time on-line and I am based in Pakistan. The on-line tool does not open any new/changed application form, however the rules have changed and I guess there is a new student visa application form as well. Please share your experience.

The new application forms will be available from 14th June onward, if you are applying before the mentioned date, you aren't supposed to declare any DI code on any form, as no forms are updated by far,
