When can we expect the new CANADA NOC LIST will come out for FSW ???

Also what are the favorable occupations likely to present in new list ?

The program is most likely not re-opening this year.

CIC will most likely keep the program closed until January 2015 when the EOI process is introduced.

I Believe , the list remains the same or there may be some changes , but yeah there will be NOC list.

There is nothing in this link that says the program will re-open this year. Keep in mind that CIC still has a backlog of skilled worker applications. So they can easily meet the targets listed on the link you provided without reopening the FSW program this year.
