You can write it in the second section, however for mine I put the E000 before the "-" and the rest after. I wrote to someone on the NBPNP and they said that was OK.

previously it was a practice by NB to receive application between 1st and 15th and than send invite up to end of month. lets see if someone gets invite. good luck.
