I received my New Brunswick nomination certificate on the 28/08/2020 but my express entry profile score hasn't been updated and I unable to change the provincial nomination question to yes. What should I do please?

If all requirements are met , the process only takes an average of 2 weeks from when the application was submitted to INB portal

2 weeks to receive ITA I think, and after the submissions of documents we receive the certificate, correct me if i am wrong. Thanks

Registration at the INB( 22-07-20) portal was done for the purpose of getting an ITA for the Nomination Certificate.


After creating INB profile, I received an ITA on the 22-07-20 from the government of NB on the after which I submitted the required documents within 2 weeks and got a nomination certificate on the 27-08-20 . Later, I wrote to IRCC about my nomination certificate in order for my 600 points to be credited which was done approximately 3 days later and I got an ITA for PR a week later.

Try writing to them again. Entree.Express.Entry@gnb.ca. they are usually responsive

Please I need your advice. I am about to apply for the PNP express entry as well, and I have 1 year of Canadian experience which I intend to use, but I also have 5 months of foreign work experience. At the moment I am unable to get to my previous employer to obtain a letter.

My question is, do I need proof for the 5 months expect when I apply? Or the 1 year Canadian experience will surfice?

Hi Gomex, it will be preferable if you could also get your 5 months work experience letter.Your 1 year canadian experience is an asset as well.However, there is room to explain any difficulties faced in providing full documentation. You will have to write a letter of explanation to justify the lack of proof for the 5 months of foreign experience. I can't say if it will be sufficient or not, but they are flexible provided a justification is provided.Wish you all the best.
