University degree at the Master’s level or equal OR university level
entry-to-practice professional degree (or equal). Occupation related
to the degree must be NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and
-licensed by a provincial regulatory body.
Must be in one of these: Medicine, Veterinary
Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic
Medicine or Pharmacy

I am confused about this. Do I get the 23 points or not. I did my masters in engineering.

You will get Master's point only if you have done your education evaluation from Canadian Recognized Institute and they state that your education is equivalent to Canadian Master's Degree.

Hi guys,

New Brunswick EOI states.

University degree at the master's level (or equal) or university level entry-to-practice prifessional (or equal). 0ccupation must be related to the degree must be: NOC 2011 skill level A, and

Licensed by a provincial regulatory body

Note: degree program must be in one of these fields of study: medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, law, etc.

So does anyone know the amount of point we can claim for masters degree that doesn't belong to any of this fields obtained out of Canada.

Because I worry this will be grounds for disqualifying a lot of people at the application stage because no one seem to know the answer to this question.

Regards,
