Hello Everyone,

I need some clarification on EOI form, under the section where it says "Arranged Employment" which has 4 different columns each having 10 points depending upon which category we fall under and then there's another section below for Adaptability which gives 5 points if we have Arranged Employment in New Brunswick. My question is as I am on a open work permit which I received after completing my studies in Canada in the field of IT and I have close to 2 years of Canadian Work Experience under NOC B and I just recently moved to New Brunswick and working for an Employer under NOC B as a full-time permanent. Will I be eligible for any of those 10 points for the arranged employment or the 5 points for the Adaptability? It says something about LMIA for the Arranged Employment and I don't have LMIA and if I was to have LMIA why would I apply for EOI and fight for that 10 points. I find this confusing

I thank you all in advance and your responses are much appreciated.

Hi all,

I sent the EOI on the 13th May. I was wondering if anyone received acknowledgement after sending e-mail.

Thanks

Hai, May I know in what format did you send the EOI. Please guide me

Hi guys,

for those looking for the correct format of EOI and other forms, please refer to this link http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating_and_settling/how_to_immigrate/new_brunswick_provincialnomineeprogram/application_guideandforms.html

It has everything you need to lodge an application to NB :)

is it necessary to have a job offer or attend a seminar to be eligible for PNP? All other criteria's regarding IELTS, work ex etc are satisfied in my case.

Hi All,

following on from the last post. I assume currently to get an invitation for NB you need to either:

1. connection in NB
2. been to a NB session
is this correct?

Congrats on your recent nomination! (boy, I wonder how that feels! ^^ ) Will be submitting my EOI in a few hours for Priority 2

Submitted my EOI and got a reply a couple of minutes later that it was received

( part of the reply from my EOI email: "If you received this message, your EOI will be processed. This does not mean, however, that you will be invited to apply." )

Submit those EOI's guys.... Let's do this!!

my problem is how will I know when the next information seminar will be. It is required before submitting an EOI right?

I promised myself to help both current and future applicants. While my blog is still being updated, feel free to read the "ready-blogs". From EE creation to PPR. Hoping that this will help you all. Feel free to share it with your friends.

GrayNinja this is one of the most informative little blogs I've seen. Thank you for your effort in this :)
I'd love to hear more on the process before PNP! :)

hello guys

is it enough to have 67 from 100 or i should get points from this part too:

"6. ADAPTABILITY (Maximum 10 points)
You must demonstrate your genuine intention to settle in New Brunswick. In addition, you must meet federal criteria
below to gain points.
If you have a spouse or common law partner who will immigrate with you to New Brunswick, he or she can earn
points for adaptability, too. You can only get points for each item once."

67 points are enough to qualify to got an ITA
