Hello everyone, I would like to open this forum and to network with all people who would like to apply for Express Entry under the province of New Brunswick. We can share here all information about documents we need to submit in order to have a successful application. I had a question about document NBPNP-004 skilled Worker – Employer Support Form (if applicable), I would like to know when is applicable and when is not? One immigration agent has told me that I do not need to submit that document since I have graduated in NB and I have a job here, however, another agent told me that I still need that document. If someone has an answer on this question please share and also share possible problem or advice you have. Thanks!

NBPNP-004 Would need to be included as you have job in NB and applying/mentioned in your EOI form. I already have got my PNP and waiting for next draw.
Important: Provide all the forms they have mentioned under the EE catergory (PNP), and even you do not need to show $12000 (if you have job in NB), they would still ask for last 6 months transaction history detail. Better to send it along with other forms at one time, or they will request for it and will add delay to application processing.
PS: Don't forget to sign any form(where required).

Thanks for a response, I just do not understand what would be a difference between applying under NBPNP or NB Express Entry if I need the same documents? Even for NBPNP I do not have to work for all year in order to apply for nominee and for Express Entry I need that, for NBPNP I do not have to finish English test if I have a job in category 0,A or B and for EE I need English test completed. I just do not see any advance in EE program under NB province over NBPNP program. Thanks.
