new born child while family sponsorship in progress in visa office

hi everyone, please could you advise me on what to do:
my wife put to bed prematurely @ 26 weeks, 5 days after our family sponsorship file was transferred to Ghana visa office. my second child currently in incubator. plan to send birth info to office soon. how does this affect the timeline for my wife and first daughter and what can i do to speed up the process.
