New born add in PR Application after receiving COPR and Visa

Dear Friends,
Please suggest me, it is urgent.
I am from India.
Me and my wife received COPR and Visa in September 2023.
My wife delivered baby in October 2023.
In December 2023, I raised a webform to add my baby in PR application with his birth certificate and passport.
I am raising the webforms in every months to know the further process, IRCC replied that they add the docs in application and transfer the file to responsible office.
But still my baby name is not added in application. Even IRCC didn't asked to submit generic form, family form and other docs.
Now my COPR is going to expire on 14 April 2024.
How much time will be taken to add my baby name?
What should I do further?
COPR expiry is not a concern?

I am very tense please reply if anyone face the same case.

Call me 7277800070. I am from india. I have same issue and cic added baby name in my account yesterday

I am also in the same boat, were you able to update your newborn in your PR application.? if yes, then what was the steps and what was the timeline. Thanks

I am waiting from May 2024. I got my COPR in Jan 2024, my baby born in Feb 2024 I informed IRCC about family composition change and sent all documents in May 2024 and I am still waiting for them to add my child and reopen my file and process his medical. its been now 10 months nothing. called IRCC multiple times they sent email escalation to IRCC EEdmonton office which is my primary office to process the application but still they have not done anything. its really frustating for me now. any update you got??
