Helo everybody,

Ive just recently found this great forum, and must say I got a lot of answers here. So I would like to say thank you to everyone with provided answers, especially to some Sr. and hero members here. I just got some questions on which i hope i could get some answers if possible, too:

1.Its my intention to immigrate in Canada BC, Vancouver. However, i must ask question about working in Canada. its like, i could work in a company where my father is employed. His manager and the owner of the company is offering me a help getting a job there. because i would like to begin working as soon as possible, i was wandering if the question about getting PR (to immigrate) can be processed from inside Canadian land (medical examination, ...), and get other documents from my country (in Europe) needed for process. Father is also a Canadian citizen.

2.And another question... which form (or steps), by your opinion is the right one to get working permit. i was thinking about getting LMO or E-LMO for working permit (machinist helper) and after then apply for PR which is taking more time?

sure enough i can tell you im 29 yrs old, 12 yrs of education (i would really appriciate if someone got information about schooling system in Canada compared to EU system), Im now second class student of mechanical engineering, but would gladly continue studying in Ca while working.

3.Is it true, that if you have a child and (s)hes not in your application now (first time), you cant sponsor him/her lately...

4.Ive noticed that parent who is already a PR or citizen can sponsor almost any realtive imaginable except his sons or daughters!?

thats it, im not a native speaker, so i apologize if my questions sounds kind of funny, but thank you for everybody who get the idea and could help me with anwers.

If your father is a Canadian citizen, you are a Canadian citizen. Follow up with your father and CIC on your actual status.
It is a new beginning indeed :) I like the title of your post and think of my case as one! It is heartening to see civilized people
from across the world have a common dream of prosperity, peace and order. I hope at least in Canada we can remove
the cleanse our hearts of discrimination and experience the feeling of freedom from old chains.

Only if his father was a Canadian citizen at the time of his birth, is he a citizen.

hi!
i knew i would make some mistake(s)... father get his permanent residence when i was round 13 - 14 yrs. he was not born canadian, he become one few yrs ago. but its my decision to immigrate, after 3 months of vacation ,if i can say so, in near vancouver. but its realy difficult to find some useful advice these days... and im so messed up with all those forms and procedures.

so, ive read on CIC sites that he (father) cant sposor me cause im his son (but he could easily sponsor other relatives like nieces or cousin or grandparents etc.), so immigration as a family member is out of the question. correct me please if im wrong.

so, the second option is to get a job offer and begin to work.

do you think thats possible, especially cause i dont need to be woried about a place to live, and then continue immigration process?

Thank you for all your responses!
