New Application Kit - FSWP 2013

The purpose is not to start a new discussion chain as there is already one with thousand posts. But couldn't find the link and anything concluding there regarding the final application kit - discussion ongoing regarding old and new forms

Can someone now post the link where the new forms are posted - all forms applicable for FSWP 2013

And if it already somewhere posted please share the link of post and then we can even delete this topic

the current forms on the CIC website are the ones to use
some have recent dates, some have old dates but they are still the ones to use with the "new application package"
I had a problem with my computer showing old versions of forms even once the new ones had been issued
I had to delete my browsing history- temporary internet files and then the new versions appeared
