New Application Kit FSW - May 2013

Hello Everyone!!!
Can you plz advice me.....Should I use the existing forms for FSW application or I've to wait upto May 4, 2013 for updated application forms?
Time is very short. It's ridiculous from CIC. Only 2 days left and they didn't update the forms yet.

Wait for new forms. That's what I'm doing. But just have all your answers to the old forms prepared.
If you send the old forms and CIC won't accept them, that is a bigger disaster than waiting another few days for the forms you know are going to be correct.

Just Wait for for the new forms, better than just take the risk and have no time to fix the problem later.
