YES, I saved it on desktop and opened it successfully. But, at the bottom of each page, it dated as 08-2017. That means they are only accepting new version of form now. I have to refill the form. nice.

It opens up but does not allow to save it. That means fill all data and take print out before close file that is what i observed .

Does other people facing same problem on saving new PDF ?

Save it on your desktop then reopen it from there.

I HAVE NO PROBLEM TO SAVE WHATEVER I FILLED IN AND CAN GET ALL INFOR BACK LATER. WHAT I DID IS: SAVE THE FORM TO DESKTOP FIRST THEN FILL IT AND SAVE IT.

That's what I did too. But it does not allow to save and message pops up that inform that you can not save information filled in it
