Yes you need to attach copy of CIC form too, which mentioned in checklist.

Thanks for your response... do I also have to fill up all the CIC forms ? I guess yes but I m just little confused....When I read the CIC forms and application guideline.... Its seems to me that I should fill up those froms when I will get confirmation letter from AINP and then apply to the CIC with those forms and required all the document that included in the document checklist ......
please reply thanks once again!!

You need to fill attach all CIC forms with AINP Application and once you receive the nomination, You need to attach nomination same CIC forms, send to CIO, Sydney.

Do not follow the CIC guidelines before you nominated, just follow AINP website. Once you get nomination then you can follow CIC website. You must have to provide CIC copy of form which mentioned in doc checklist also you need to fill the form properly. Thanks

Hi

Can anyone please advise on the following?

* I have 34 months of experience in Alberta under NOC # 2171.
* I have got the Alberta Nomination under Alberta Work Experience Category
* My project in Canada will end in another couple of months.

Under which category should I apply for the PR ==> PNP or CEC?
Does moving out of Canada affects the assessment of PR case if applied under provincial nomination?

Thanks

1) Since you got the AINP nomination, you apply under PNP and obtain the PNP checklist for PR at CIC website and follow it.
2) I don't think so as long as you inform AINP and CIC of any changes on your status prior or after you submitted your PR application.
Or even if you apply under CEC, your moving out of Canada does not disqualify you of your eligibility to apply as long as you apply to CIC within
a year after your permit expires.
Good luck.
