Hey all. A little help, please. I had landed in Toronto on 25th July this year. PR cards for two of my sons were received at our address in Mississauga on 15th September, but for the rest of us (myself, spouse and daughter) they have still not been received. I raised a CSE last week, and got a reply that they have sent all cards, but since we have not received them, we must now send a Solemn Declaration form, claiming a 'Never Received' PR card, and ask CIC to issue a new one. My question is, would it take as long as it did the first time (41 days as mentioned on the website). Secondly, i asked around, and some people have said the same happened to them, as it is a Canada Post delivery issue (i.e. they got misplaced during delivery by Canada Post most probably). So does CIC send the cards through the same channel again?
What nuisance!

Just fill the form ASAP

A friend received 2 cards in a older address, 1 in his new address and the fourth one was sent to a former inmigration consultant; it was CIC mistake

Just in case check in any other address CIC could have in his records.

Thanks for your response.
My other address with CIC is of my consultant in my home country. So technically they should not send any cards there, outside Canada. Why do they have to send cards in batches?! Why can't they send them all at the same time?!!! Anyhow, I have send the form. Let's see when, and if, we get our cards.

Cheers
